Breaking of Bread Explained

The Breaking of Bread service is a reverent and reflective gathering centered on the Lord Jesus, following His command in 1 Corinthians 11:23-24 and the example set by the early church in Acts 20:7. This service provides an opportunity for believers, saved by Christ's sacrifice, to come together and remember the Lord’s death. The service concludes with the taking part of the bread and the cup, symbolizing Jesus' sacrifice. It is a quiet, worshipful time marked by hymns, reflections on God’s Word, and participation in the Breaking of Bread, also known as the Celebration of the Lord’s Supper or Communion.

Our Family Bible Hour is a time of heartfelt worship through song and Bible teaching. Sermons typically involve a verse-by-verse exploration of a book of the Bible but may also take the form of topical or character studies. We often have visiting speakers who bring fresh perspectives and insights, enriching our understanding and deepening our faith. Regardless of the format, each message is centered on the Lord Jesus Christ, reflecting the truth that He is the heart of the entire Bible.

During the message, a Sunday School program is provided for children, offering them age-appropriate lessons and activities.
